Once you complete your order, you’ll be directed to log in to your new online account, where you can choose a domain. Your domain is the address for your website, such as This will also be the domain for your professional email address (Ex. [email protected]).

Create a password for your professional email account.

Next, you’ll be prompted to create a password for your professional email. You can choose up to 10 email addresses ending in your name. (Ex. [email protected], [email protected], etc.)

Receive a call from our support team to set up your services.

Our web support team will call you within 1-2 business days to help you finish setting up your services. Our website experts can walk you through designing your website over the phone. Before the call, we recommend considering what elements you want on your site, such as colors and fonts, photos, company origin story, and mission statement.

I already have a domain. Can you help me transfer it?

Yep! If you have a domain and don’t want another one, we can help you transfer your domain to our registrar. Keep in mind that according to ICANN regulations, you must wait at least 60 days after purchasing a domain to transfer it to another registrar.

Do I really need SSL security?

The short answer is yes. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, and it’s a security protocol that protects the data shared on a website from being intercepted by hackers. Websites without SSL will be labeled “not secure” by search engines, and potential customers may not feel safe visiting your site or entering their information.
