We’re all about business, or at least enabling people to start their own. It’s technically for important documents like stock certificates and official memos, but you could also use it on whomever passes out first at your company’s holiday party. That’s your prerogative.

If you need to do business overseas regarding your New York business entity, don’t leave without getting any vital documents notarized with an Apostille. If you ever need to prove ownership or sales to a bureau in a foreign country, an Apostilles certification is an absolute must. If you ever misplace any of your vital business documents (ahem, Corporate Book) we can always take a walk over to the Division of Corporation’s office and get you certified copies, and then securely mail them to you.
